The Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA) is a geographical section of Brockville from St. Paul and Clarissa Streets in the west to Orchard Street in the east, and from the waterfront north to James Street. It encompasses over 350 businesses and services and employs about 3,000 people. All businesses and services within the downtown boundaries are members of the DBIA organization.
