This 6 week series will provide new yogis with an opportunity to get comfortable practicing in a studio/group setting. Become confident with a variety of key yoga poses, yoga philosophy, and breath work. You will be learning alongside others who are also brand new to yoga. We're throwing in a free class pass as well, so whenever you feel ready you can enjoy one of the regular studio classes! Your teacher is Melissa Francis who has been teaching a wide variety of students at Studio 44 since 2015. She recognizes that everyone has different strengths, challenges, and abilities and helps students to feel confident and healthy on their mats.
