Become a Vendor

Our Shop the Street events are vibrant, high traffic experiences that bring 4,000 to 10,000 visitors to Downtown Brockville. With King Street closed and filled with local businesses, vendors, food trucks, entertainment, and activities, these events offer a great opportunity for exposure, sales, and connection within the community. We welcome both retail vendors and food and drink vendors who enhance the downtown experience.

Vendor Types

Artisans, makers, and small businesses offering products that complement the event atmosphere.

Space & Fees
10 ft x 10 ft space: $50
Additional space: $25 per extra 5 ft

Retail Vendors

Food trucks, carts, and beverage vendors offering a variety of food and drink options.

Fees
Tent or Cart: $100
Food Truck: $250

Food & Drink Vendors

Submit your application using the appropriate form. Once reviewed, you will receive an approval or denial by email within 10 business days and asked to confirm your attendance. Further details will be sent once confirmed.

How It Works

To ensure a safe and successful event, all vendors are expected to follow these guidelines.

Vendor Guidelines

Event Schedule

Set Up

8:00am-9:00am

Vehicles must be removed from King St. by 9:00am

Event Hours

10:00am-3:00pm

Vendors must remain set up and operational

Tear Down

3:00pm-4:00pm

Important Notes

  • Events take place rain or shine

  • No overnight setup or parking permitted

  • Vendor locations are provided the week prior to the event after payment

  • Bathroom locations will be included on the vendor map

What to Bring

  • Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, & chairs

  • Tents are required and must be properly weighted

  • No water or electricity is provided

  • Food vendors should plan for independent power (inverter generators preferred)

Setup & Safety

  • Vehicles may be used for setup but must be removed by 9:00AM

  • Barricades must be replaced immediately after moving to ensure safety

Policies & Requirements

  • Vendors must leave their space clean and free of garbage

  • Vendors must provide their own equipment and secure setups

  • $2 million liability insurance is required

  • Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event

  • Payment must be made 3 weeks prior and is non refundable

  • Vendors must act professionally and respectfully at all times

Additional Requirements for Food & Drink Vendors

  • Completion of the Health Unit Special Events Food Vendor Application is required at least 10 business days prior to the event

  • TSSA and ESA requirements must be met where applicable

  • Food vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations
